Return & Refund Policy

30-day return requests

Contact info@jellyjadellc.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and the item you wish to return. Items must be unworn, undamaged and returned with their original packaging and included accessories. Please obtain return instructions before sending a parcel.

Return shipping

For a change of mind, the buyer pays return shipping. If we sent the wrong item or an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with photos so we can arrange a resolution and cover the applicable return shipping. No restocking fee applies.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting an eligible return, we will confirm the refund by email and initiate it to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time. Original shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return; they are refunded when the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

Online payment is not open yet. These terms describe the return policy for future website orders and do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
